A Psychomotorial approach to body movement

Three different courses that lead the kids to develop body power, coordination, determination and patience trough games and physical challenge.

The course focus on intense and funny body exercise as well as coordination game performed individually and in groups; Kids will experience a different use of their bodies in a protect environment, having the space to test the possibilities provided by the use of their body potential support by their own creativity.The program include theater and basic yoga and breathing exercise to reach the goal of a rising in self confidence and give them tools to better deal with their emotion and the relationship with other people.

  • This course is recommended for kids ages 6yrs and up.
  • Lessons are 30 minutes to 2 hours, according to the age and the number of the participants.
  • Ideal groups are usually 6 to 16 participants of similar age.
